Owen's first grilling lesson

Learning how to grill is an important time in a boys life. This past Sunday was Owen's first lesson from his Daddy.

We laugh and play, before we get dressed I love it, it is one of my favorite times with him.

Happy Birthday Renea

Monday was Renea's Bday, I won't say which one. We went to their house for a spectacular dinner prepared by her wonderful husband Clay.

(how was that Clay, do I get my 5 bucks now?)

Renea and Melinda, they have been friends for 17 years now. (Sorry if I just gave away your age)!

Renea got lots of pretty gifts.

Poor PePaw! Just think he will have to do all of this again with Owen and when she gets here Avie.

Happy Birthday Dirty Dan

Saturday night we all went to Dan and Danica's new house for Dirty Dan's Big 30. We had a great time everyone was there even Owen's buddies.

Tannehill

While we were at Tannehill we went trail walking. Poor, Owen he isn't an outdoors man quite yet. We weren't 10 minutes into our walk and he was out.

Augie spotted these deer in the woods. I tried to get pictures, but they aren't very good, if you look real close you can see them.

Family Reunion

We had our annual Hogue/Martin family reunion this past weekend. It was really nice to see everyone. I don't get to see my dad's family much so when we do it is a real treat.

I hope that it was the best you'll ever have. We love you so much and are thankful for everything you do. We are lucky to have such a good man in our lives.

We had everyone over to our house for Daddy day. It was nice to host a holiday get together, and cook for everyone.

Angela and Avynlee's Baby Shower

Owen and I went to a baby shower this past weekend, we had a good time and everyone thought Owen was so handsome. Especially Karli!
This is Karli she is kin to Angela the mommy to be. She fell in love with Owen as soon as we got there. She wanted nothing more than to "see the baby."
She was so cute, she kissed him on the lips then wiped her mouth and said "eww he's wet." When he furred his brow at her she told him " don't look at me like that"
